Wellbeing is fundamental to our health, life satisfaction, job engagement, resilience, sustainable performance… However it is not easy to define and to objectively assess because wellbeing has multiple dimensions and means different things for each individual. Although managers and organisations play a critical role in supporting employees’ wellbeing, individuals can make a difference by regularly self-assessing their own wellbeing and taking relevant actions to improve and maintain it.
