Being a manager today is extremely demanding. Due to their strategic position, managers are both the most exposed within an organisation to mental health issues and the most critical enabler of their team wellbeing. When organisations are aware of this duality; when they empower and champion managers to boost their wellbeing and that of their team, it can really make a difference on teams’ and organisation’s health, engagement and performance.
